Although the concept of tapas relies heavily on meats and seafoods, vegetarians can order appetizers such as baba ghanoush, huevos rellenos, ensalallada rusa, and esparragos. Vegans may choose from gazpacho, marinated artichokes, and a selection of meatless salads dressed in olive oil. No vegan desserts available, but ask your server if fruit could be provided.
